When booking your service online, enter your gift card value and 16 digit code in the “Gift Card” section. The gift card amount will be applied to your invoice after your service is completed.
You will be asked to enter payment details at checkout in case the gift card does not cover the full balance. If the gift card covers the total invoice, no charges will be applied to your card.
Opalya does not collect any payment at the time of booking confirmation.
To check your gift card balance online, click here and enter your 16 digit gift card number. If you have an electronic gift card, select “My card does not have a PIN” when prompted.
Yes. Gift cards can be used across multiple appointments. Any remaining balance from one booking can be applied to your next service. If you have questions about your remaining credit, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
No. Opalya gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
Yes. Digital gift cards can be delivered immediately by email or scheduled for a future date.
