Yes, just a little. Please make sure there’s a clean, open space for our professionals to set up their supplies. The room should be a comfortable temperature, free from incense, smoke, or strong odors, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing spa experience.
Yes. All tools are thoroughly sterilized before each appointment, and we use only top-tier, professional-grade products for every service.
We primarily focus on individual and small group bookings at the same location. If you’re planning something special and want to explore options, feel free to reach out to us by email and we’ll be happy to see what may be possible.
We understand plans change. Simply give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
Yes. We offer flexible bookings including evenings and weekends to fit your schedule.
Payments can be made securely online when you book. You will only be charged once the service is completed. Gratuities are always appreciated but never required.
As a mobile service, each appointment requires travel time, setup, professional-grade products, and dedicated one-on-one care. A minimum booking helps us maintain the quality of our services while ensuring each appointment is sustainable for our practitioners. The $100 minimum applies before taxes and promotional discounts.
